It started in a PCPD interrogation room. It wasn’t love at first sight. It wasn’t even like at first sight. As Sonny’s lover, Sam was in the way of Michael’s happiness, and that is not something Jason is willing to tolerate. And Sam did not react well to Jason's initial attitude towards her. Out of this initial animosity grew trust and companionship, which then grew to friendship and finally to love. It is only fitting that their reconnection will follow this same pattern. Their relationship ended in flames, and all their feelings of love were masked by anger and hatred. It took years, other partners, and a lot of personal growth, but they have moved past that animosity and once again established trust and friendship. The love was never gone, but it will bloom again with a new beginning.

Most importantly, I want Jason and Sam to lay everything out on the table and work passed their problems to start over. I want trust.
I want partnership. I want them to work together as a team and love each other and be the couple they've been meant to be. -BroodyGirl23

What I want and I'm sure everyone can agree, is that they take their time to do everything right. I love them
together they compliment each other well, but there has been so much history between them and many things that they handled
wrong that they need to take time and slowly redeem them. It's the only way for it to be realistic because they were both hurt. -Nina-

I want Jason to first apologize to Sam. It seems that Sam apologized but Jason never did. He is the one who lied to her which
caused the avalanche. I want him to tell her that he did love Liz, but it was more because of Jake. He sort a confused obligation with

sad to say, begging in the past. And, in no better words, let it be known on the record that he chooses Sam. Factoring in nothing

he definitely was, and i agree. so long as he's not just saying things to make me feed into him and it shows on my screen the same way, then i can continue to love him and his work.

I think in general actors promote the current story. So, if he's talking about it in this way, it's going to show in that way. At least to some degree.

Summary from Soap Zone:

SBu talks about when JaSam broke up. He talks about how a person can say they are okay with not being able to have a baby & then a man goes off to have a baby with another woman, that no woman were really be okay with that.

SBu says he hope JaSam can sort through that & see where a new beginning takes them.

SBu says that communication is imporant, but JaSam did not learn the lesson they kissed & made love. They they agreed talking about what happened & why was not a great idea.

"Do we really want to open up old wounds?. If we talk about it will we end up where we started? Is it worth it? That is kinda what we are dealing with"

"We are playing up the awkwardness. SHould we be affectionate in public or not? I wanted Jason to make the conscious decision to make the 1st move. I felt like I should be the one to take control here. It was more of a choice rather then it just happened."

These are 2 people with lots of regrets. I felt the decision had to be made to initiate the relationship again"
