It's so much easier to connect with a manipulative/villainess when they have layers which Hilary has in spades.

I may not be a Hilary fan, but I am a Mishael fan and her acting as Hilary has been straight up perfection.

I'm still 2 weeks behind but can't wait to see her rock her acting scenes.

She showed with the right material, she can be a leading actress.

I felt Mishael Morgan definitely should've gotten the nod for Supporting Actress when I saw some names on that list.

^ Some nominations just never make sense based on the content we see on-screen tbh and yes she had material from last year worthy of nomination. But it's possible she didn't submit anything.

But luckily this year she has had some great scenes to start off this year! Haven't seen the next 2 weeks to judge those but she's been great to start off this year, I already have some scenes she can submit!

The powerful scene when she has this rant against Niel.
The scene when she's crying by Devon's bedside when he's at the hospital.

She already is on a roll.

I feel she has been giving some great material to work with and she's really sort of becoming her own although it's still those shades of evil, she is sort of stepping out as her own person NOT just with the Winters connection, although she sort of still is connected with the Winters family. lol
