OMG watching GH now and Elizabeth. Wow.

Can't wait to see yesterdays episode when I get home later. I read about the scenes in the latest SID. I really think Elizabeth is spiraling downward more and more each day and is truly losing grip with sanity. So I can't take a woman to task for something she is doing in a lapse mental state. My problem is firmly with the writing. The appropriate lead-in for this was only given half the time. The other half wrote her as part of a tortured love story between a man she can't and shouldn't have. It confirms that all the writers were doing was teetering between two ideas seeing which would stick to the wall best, or which would test better with audiences. :rolleyes:

Nikolas is often inconceivably wretched! This is why they have no proper recourse but to go the full evil Cassadine direction. Going any other way will make the entire mess of these last few months to truly be in vein.

The idea of yesterday was clearly that Elizabeth is skidding off the tracks, so I don't think we're supposed to think she seriously hates Sam or Scrubs or anything. I don't think she even knows what she's talking about most of the time, or has any kind of internal monologue.

I don't think she was even supposed to be WRONG about Ram being a betrayal against Jason, though. Which is hilariously typical for this show. Ram was straight up nasty, but because of ALEXIS, not Jason. And I don't like what Sam did about the kids, but Jason would have to give a crap about Jake for me to nail-bite about THAT being a betrayal of him, either. Between the two of them, Jason and Sam, Jason treated Sam like trash. But what am I talking about. Everything on this show is a crime against St. Jason.

Regarding Ethan calling Elizabeth "love", I don't think it's supposed to mean anything other than Ethan is supposed to be super Australian, lol. Which NP actually IS, but he's said he plays up the accent and the jargon for the show. I wish he wouldn't; I've heard him talk as himself and I think it's a lot better.

I too did not take the "love" comment seriously, that just the way he is. Maybe the actor will be like Mac... he started off with the Australian accent (being Robert's brother and all). But I remember when Jax first came to the show; he and Mac were supposed to have known each other in Australia. I remember when they first met, Jax made a comment about Mac losing his accent. (lol)

Okay, if you say so about Ethan, but I hate that he has to rescue her when they don't even know each other hell they barely had any interactions in the past so I find it so random that he's all of sudden there for her or something.

Anyways here we come with more of Liz's breakdown today and I wish that Liz should have listened to Sam because Sam said that she got to clean up her act for HERSELF, not for him or anybody. She wanted to be better person all on her own and she did it for herself. So Liz needs to refocus on her life and fix it for herself before trying to work things out with Lucky. How can she want to skip whole working on herself to getting him back when she's already messed up? She can't do it with him when she's like this. She has to be fully changed for better and completely learn her lesson for the last time so that she can work on gaining his trust back and love as well.

So only thing I like about that scene was that Sam was talking ALL ABOUT HERSELF. She wasn't like, "Well I have to get Jason back by changing myself for better." She wasn't expecting them to be together because she already has a great life and she is already better person because of it. Liz should have listented to that but she threw back in her face, apparently.

Getting Lucky back like this kind of condition is not going to work because she would stray to Nikolas one day or one way, so she has to work on herself.

And yeah, of course I know Jason treated Sam horribly which is why I was so happy that Sam acted up on her behavior and stopped doing destructive stuff for her own sake, not him, for herself. It made me happy to hear her say that to Liz.

Well... when Ethan first came to town, Liz TRIED to make he and Lucky connect (that lasted all of two seconds...LOL)

One continuous thing when he's on, Nikolas always ends up making me want to punch him. At least he stays consistent. :lol:

I'm so glad I'm watching GH again. Dante/Lulu and the Lucky/Liz storyline is keeping me on the edge of my seat! Only thing is I can't take Jasam, but luckily I can skip their scenes.

I think the show's been on fire!

Dante/Lulu is pretty much the only thing keeping me watching at this point. That and the gorgeousness of Kelly Monaco, but I'm not a JaSam fan. :lol:

That's okay, I can love JaSam enough for all of us. :D
