I agree that JFP?Pratt seemed to be leaning towards Billy as the dad but it was always a 50/50 split between Billy/Kevin considering things that happened as Chloe exited. __________________

^ Yup and sort of really proves that under the former showrunners, Kevin definitely probably would have not been the father.
 Yup, plotholes is never good.  I guess that's what happens when new showrunners comes in the middle of important storylines. |
