Exactly especially when you are in Hollywood, you have to stick with who you are and not let the fame get to your head like that.

well some actors just have humility and some don't. often times you can tell by their actions and the way they talk about others.

I think it's because for the most part, the press and that doesn't really care, so they are not afraid to be open about stuff like relationships.

I feel like the whole soap world is very open, so to speak. plus, in many senses you watch these actors grow up on screen, so you know about certain antics/relationships over time. lol

That's so true because press doesn't really care that much about soaps celebrities so they can be easily open with us and be themselves. What's the odds if you mention their names to your friends and family and anyone here and see if they know who they are? Nope, they would be like who are they? And would have to google to find out.

Soaps don't have the wide appeal they used to. In the 80s and 90s Luke/Laura/Sonny were very well known and admired.

Not really anymore sadly.
