Yeah I will always cherish JnJ 1989 to their wedding in 1991.
That's my couple.

That's right before the first writer that lasted only 6 months wrote them terrible.

This has just continued mostly for me with a few good moments here & there.

I was told not to bother buying after that the good was online from the rest of JnJ first run.

I'm glad they are reuniting again & happy for the fans that are enjoying their SL but I'm just not one of them.

They were amazing then.

Yes it was annoying that Jennifer couldn't just tell Jack she was raped but at least that angst made sense unlike the crap written later.

It also was understandable why she couldn't just tell him for a while to me.

It was such a mistake to prepare for JnJ's second run watching their first run for the first time but I wanted to see their SL before they came back.

I felt like I watched a diff. couple b/c I hated what was written so much from the start of it.

I was glad to see this part of JnJ's past being remembered.

I am 2 episodes behind on DAYS! and just watched him get his memories back.

And I am so happy the memories came back to him naturally without him having to take anything to get it.

I like the orig. version of the song best though.

I liked seeing Jack still feel raping Kayla was unforgivable.

I don't want anymore scenes where they talk about it anymore b/c she doesn't need to have to relive that over & over.

I like that RC isn't just forgetting that in the writing though.

The reunion was written decent. Matt/Missy still have the chem. together that shows why they became a true Supercouple.

I hope that they get the same respect that Jarlena does but I don't know if that will happen.

I have a feeling that I'm not gonna get to see Jack & Abby reunion like he had with JJ.

It really is like seeing another version of Jack & Jennifer! you can truly see the love in Jack's eyes when it comes to Jennifer.

They are finally getting written the way they deserve to be.,

For some reason I feel the Abby/Jack reunion will be even better.

Jack guilt over Kayla all these years later.

Just shows how much he truly did change.

Matt & Missy are good at subtext together.

They always played it with JnJ to me.

I felt even before Jack remembered Matt played Jack feeling something for Jennifer in their scenes.

The fact JnJ still are so loved has to with the actors more than anything.

Plus their orig. love story was so well written up to their wedding.

No new couple got that after them.

There have been popular ships but not a Supercouple.

That phrase only applies to the couples from that Era of Soaps.

I think you can call couples after Powercouples only.

I love this is still true from 1990.

They are so special and it's nice that all these years latter Matt & Missy still GOT IT! You can just feel the love.

And yes I agree that Matt always played it as Jack feeling something for Jennifer but these 2 past week you just truly see the recognition when he sees her and you see pure love in Jack's eyes.
