Joseph Campanella, who played Harper Deveraux, passed away yesterday. I wish I could find the clip from 1988 where Jack overhears the truth about Harper and confronts him about it. It use to be on youtube. One of Matt's best dramatic moments.

Kate to me is the real Abby.

She got the first real storylines of all the actresses.

Ashley Benson to me is just another Abby.

I was sad to read about the actor that played Harper dying.

I did see that scene when it used to be on YT.

I just felt Kate was too cold, and lacked the innocence and warmth I feel Jennifer's daughter should have, but YMMV. But again what I'm familiar with is more in context of J&J, rather than what she did on her own after Jack died as I was not watching DOOL.

I do love reading all the different thoughts about Abby.
Also I did love the music videos I saw with Ashley Benson version!

And Kate version was probably especially too cold when Jack came back from the dead and it's probably one of the worst storylines that fans has to remember.

Kate wasn't cold to Jack later on & I understand what you mean though.

They were able work things out luckily. I will always bitter they wrote this SL.

Plus Daniel char. ever at all.

Abby suffered from terrible writing being a Dannifer cheerleader.

Then all the buildup mostly for EJabby was about Jack & how much Abby loved & missed him.

It's a lot why fans were able to finally love Abby with Kate & to make her a lead char. on the show.

I think Kate Mansi as Abby has the perfect amount of fire & vulnerability.

She reminds me as a young Jennifer in this way.

I think Jack will turn up alive eventually where ever Vivian goes has EJ & anyone else dead brought back I bet that have died like all of Ben's victims.

This is one of my fave JnJ kisses.

^ I agree, at this point DAYS made such a huge storyline right now with making it a way for anyone to come back from the dead...
Wouldn't it be wise to do the same with Jack at this moment.

Let Jen be with who she's meant to be with.
