They really are the last well written couple on Days.

The writers took time & care with them.

They had the last Supercouple everything including wedding that even fans attended.

Days never had a huge wedding on location like this for another couple after JnJ.

Exactly.

Potential is barely even tapped now.

It's been that way forever now on Soaps.

I really do blame JER for it b/c he set out to destroy the Supercouple.

Especially JnJ Missy even said he did in an interview.

If only we never have to worry about the last thing again.

Bo and Carly actually got a huge location shoot wedding in Mexico, which was really annoying cause all J&J got was universal studios. Although granted J&J did get the huge stadium, but I would've loved to have a location shoot like that.

That wasn't a huge Supercouple wedding to me b/c they didn't even have any guests there.


JnJ was the last that got a Supercouple type wedding that was on location.

It's like Days saved the best for last when it comes to true Supercouples.

JnJ will always be the last one that made such an impact on Days.

Their song only on the show becoming a hit!

This kind of thing with crossing over to mainstream media never happened again for new couples.

And Bo and Carly's wedding wasn't even a real ceremony. Was that when they all went to Mexico with Roman, Marlena, John, Isabella during Tale of Two Romans? It's funny that Missy has told the story a few times over the years about her and Matt's disappointment that they didn't get to go somewhere cool for their wedding/honeymoon.

That was char. involved.



I kind understand them feeling that way but I like JnJ had a more unique wedding & Jack's nightmare was funny.

Yeah I liked the wedding but somewhere else for honeymoon would've been better. I did like the wedding nightmare and Jennifer's poem, and Jack's letter and the wedding in general anyway.

Do you know if Anne Schoettle of Beth Milstein have been contacted as script writers at all for the upcoming J&J story???

Sadly the honeymoon is when JnJ started being written OOC too.

I would have rather them go some place diff. too.

I'm pretty sure that Ron Sheri & Ryan are the writers only.

Sheri tweeted about JnJ's wedding anniversary.

I know she wrote Abby's birth.

I'm hoping she can help with JnJ since she is a consultant.

Sheri wrote all the other classic Supercouples.

I think she should get more credit. I feel like some of her writing has been used by RC especially for Jarlena.

I think most of the good on the show isn't RC at all.

Does anyone know the backstory about when Eve came back to the show and claimed to be owed royalties on Jack's book or whatever, after he had died? I wasn't really watching then and I've seen people reference it, but I don't know the details.

I love this proposal most.

Jack was so open & honest here with Jennifer.

He was so vulnerable.

I loved when we got these kind of moments of both of them.

That they only are their real selves with each other.

Funny I used to not like it that much with my ships.

I always loved SMG/JM were about the same height.
