I was going to watch the tent collapse scene but decided to wait it out. I'll try to watch a lot more scenes probably midnight or before Saturday and of course post my thoughts on it.

Their relationship is off to a great start for me though.

This was early on before Emilio even came back.

Jack brings Jennifer flowers in the hospital.

The only thing I remembered is seeing their wedding as a little girl.

Then when I found out the first time JnJ were brought back my aunt got edits for me up to the wedding.

Things go downhill SL wise after and eventually JER gets his wish of Matt fired the first time in 1993.

JnJ had the chemistry buildup and the writers knew how to write.

I wore out my edits.

I'm not feeling good. I could writing a lot more.

I was so young so it's really hard for me to remember. I just remember being SUPER excited for the Cruise of Deception.

I think it was right before Emilio came back.

This is making me want to go back and do a rewatch. I did it a few years ago and adored it. The only thing I hate about the edits on YouTube is that some of the Jack-only stuff is cut out. It was such a rich story.

Well since they had so many moments, it's probably so difficult to get everything! Which is why the classic couples should get their own DVD set.

Emilio is before COD. JnJ and that whole SL is amazing.

It was a huge Umbrella story that brought most of the characters together to that Cruise in the end. That was such a great mystery/adventure SL.

The WIP Salem Spectator playlist includes everything important that I think you want. It's Jack's whole redemption SL. Jack helping Steve and Kayla find happiness ect.

The family scenes are there with Joe and Adrienne too.

JnJ Part 17 It's up to Thanksgiving in 1989. Jennifer hasn't realized her true feelings for Jack yet.

You can see she is slowly falling for him more and more.

Even though she is dating Emilio again.

Soaps don't write this kind of buildup anymore.

COD is in July 1990 is huge for JnJ love story.

Update: Jack before Jennifer isn't complete.

Matt isn't even in the part yet.

One of my favorite Jack moments from 1989 was when he showed up with the Duke lookalike at Jo's birthday party, not realizing who he was, only knowing he would upset Steve.

Yes, that's a great little arc that kind of helped show the transformation Jack was undergoing from being just a straight-up villain to a kinda-villain who was changing and regretting his actions. Thanks for that. It was a good read. Another good moment was when Jennifer went as Jack's date to Shane and Kim's party and sees how Jack is ostracized by Steve. I know some might disagree, but I liked Anne Howard Bailey's characterizaiton of J&J best. Of course, I still enjoyed most of Scholette/Allen's run, but they weren't quite as sophisticated in their writing as AHB.

Oh I know it was. I was saying that I think I first got into J&J just before Emilio came back. And then I was super excited for the COD. I do remember that it was later.

And there was the whole diary story to build up to it. And JnJ kissing in the passage way.
