From all the years I watched, no they aren't.

Okay let me change that, they were close, but not how I ever wanted them to be.
Adam/Jack were more closer than Billy/Jack.

If they were close, it never lasted long enough sadly.

Seems the writers never cared for them as brothers.

Also, I understand Jack hatred towards Billy right now but the writing is terrible here.

Phyllis has cheated on Jack three times? Why are they even in a relationship, it sounds like they are all wrong for each other.

I find it rare that soaps have happy, healthy, close sibling relationships. Mostly the soaps have them feuding over the parents love, or the love of a romantic rival or just plain old feuding.

Well obviously Jack will always forgive Phyllis no matter how many times she cheats but I completely agree with you, which is why I never shipped them even before the Phyllis/Billy stuff.

I actually loved Jack with Kelly when Phyllis was in a coma.

It's just a relationship I could never get into, I don't care how much the writers try to sell it. They are selling that Phyllis will always cheat and Jack will always quickly forgive her.
Also, Jack will always fail misrarebly at trying to change her.

Well Jack forgives anything, if he can brush pass everything Victor did and even attempt at times to be his ally, than he'll forgive Bill in about 6 months to a year. REMEMBER THIS POST.

Jack is just a weak character.

I seriously wouldn't be shocked if 2 years from now Jack is with Phyllis again and Billy and Jack finally have a friendship which they really haven't had in like 3 years.

So, yeah, I doubt it's the end.

Just stupid. It might be worst seeing Sally Sussman (again) writing than it was watching Pratt and JFP. This is all just stupid.

Jack will look like an idiot again for taking the woman who cheated on him 3 times already.

I don't even care if Sally wants to erase them but to act like they never happened is an absolute joke.

I just dislike how poorly this storyline has gotten writing once Jack has found out. Jack is pathetic, Phyllis is pathetic and Billy is the most likable one coming out of it.

I think this magazine shows is correctly.

Well the new writers are going to change all of that.

Jack is going to look like a fool at this point. It's really that difficult for the writers to write them moving on?

Y&R are obsessed with so called "supercouples" with history, it's ridiculous.

I completely agree with you. Why can't all three from this triangle just be single for a few months?

I'm not even a fan of Philly, have hated the writing from start to finish but even I can see how stupid it is throwing the entire story/relationship away. Also not a fan of Phyllis/Jack so don't see why they're bothering falling back on that when it's a resounding fail as a relationship everytime.
