Well unfortunately it’s been confirmed at an event. He is officially out and he already wrapped up filming on Friday so his last air date will be sometimes August.

I love Billy as an actor, though at the same time not much is happening for Drew so if he chose to leave on his own who can blame him? I do hope to see him on my TV screen again.

I'm not surprised. Once they made him Andrew and refused to give his character meaty material (his dying son that no one cared about doesn't count), it was all over.

People speculate he'll be back on YR just like the actress who plays Phyllis.

I agree with all of you, the way they used him with Burton returned is disgraceful.

They just didn't care to give him any story.

The sad thing is that people speculated that would happen and the writers proved those people CORRECT. SMH!

It is sad, I have nothing against Jason, Drew, Steve or Billy but up until SB was coming back everything was fine for Billy. Than SB wants back in and they decide to do a Tale of Two Jason's like OLTL did with Todd and Victor Jr with TSJ & RH. This one was done so much more poorly and it really ruined both characters, IMO. As a huge JaSam fan I was so excited for the get together and baby Emily Scout and it's like everything was just thrown away.

I love Billy but I think a little break wouldn't hurt him after everything with GH.

So sad. They messed up all the groundwork they put into BM's storyline because SB was coming back. Rather than really make it something of their mess. It was one of the worst returns I've ever seen. The Tale of Two Jasons with no heart, energy or angst. It was lackluster. I agree that it harmed both characters, Jason and Drew. It did so much damage to Sam, too.

Drew had no storyline and no place on the show anymore.

I think BM will return as Billy. It's just a matter of time. He's the only BA, I've connected with.

Sadly, no matter what with GH. Sonny and Jason have to be in the right. So the storyline was written so oddly. Jason, at his grown age is still the lapdog of Sonny and Carly. Drew was made to seem less than for not catering to them. All the relationships he built were tossed to the side for Jason's return.

After all the irrefutable evidence that he was Jason, it was just flipped.
