Yup but I really shouldn't even be shocked because I ALWAYS hated Billy's relationship with the Abbott's. Which made me feel zero sadness for Jack when the Phyllis/Billy affair happened.

They may be blood but I never felt that strong brotherly bond.
Or even his strong bond with his sisters since anytime Ashley and Billy interact, it's about Ashley telling Billy what he's doing wrong. They just never have a great scene just being brother and sister.

And Traci just comes around for family dinners nowadays. So.... not idea how their relationship has been recently.

Probably because Billy has a different mother, it's been different.

I can thank Sally and company for this one thing, the more I see Billy's relationship with the Abbott's, the more I appreciate his relationship with Phyllis who has been defending him since 2015.

^^ Good point Tia. It is Phyllis who has Billy's back more than anyone, especially more than his own family, but she also doesn't let him get away with his bs. He actually takes her opinion onboard unlike most others probably because they talk at him instead of to him.

Completely correct, so, I don't even want to see anything more with Billy's family... well besides Jill... she might lecture him a lot but I think it's because of her concern about her life and how she wants him to do better but Jill telling everyone off at that hospital when Billy was getting recasted as JT.

Was one of my favorite memories...

Phyllis is the only one who didn't get screamed at during that scene as well.

I'm tired of the Billy + Abbott relationships though.

I miss Billy Abbott as the screw up since for the first time in history, he's becoming fast forward worthy.

I feel bad for Jason Thompson with how badly his character is getting written.

Also, I HATE YR for asking the fans in a pill do they prefer Jason Thompson over Burgess Jenkins... why would they ask fans that question on a poll?

Of course it made fans believe that Jason Thompson was leaving but he confirmed on twitter that he wasn't.

Isn't Summer returning? I would almost think that's where this story of Billy/Vicky/Cane is heading. Now Summer will come into the mix.

^ Well right now Billy is written so terrible that everyone wants Summer to return right now.

Right now I want Summer to return to town pregnant.

Obviously I want Summer to be lying about him being the father but I just want him to have months of suffering and that's how I want the secret of his one night stand with Summer to come out and it will take him off his pedestal because he's annoying to watch right now.

The only Billy I enjoyed was Billy Miller. He went through so many recasts after the fact. I'm not even sure who the character is anymore.

I wish classic Y&R was available online somewhere. I'd watch Villy and maybe some Adam/Sharon.

Billy is like one of my least favorite characters right now.

Because of how hypocritical he's getting written at the moment.
JT portrays him so well though!

Classic Villy was the best.

Well BM version obviously! Billy Miller really was the one who brought Billy to life... and I still believe Billy Abbott was BM best Soap role.

I loved Adam/Sharon. lol

BM he made me fall in love with Billy. Classic Villy.

Taking him home on New Year's, their marriage in Jamaica. So precious. When he left. I watched for a little with the original actor who played Billy but gave up.

It was so long ago I didn't know if anyone was into them. Wish I could find a playlist for them.
