I really loved them together even though we always knew in the end they wouldn't end up together I think they had a really great relationship and I really liked them! It was obvious they really really loved each other but both wanted different things!! And I just like the fact that now they are still really great friends despite everything they went through.

I just got caught up with the first two seasons. Ted and Robin are the reason as to why I watch the show. The chemistry between Josh and Cobie is just so good!

Any hope for a season four Ted/Robin reunion? Because I really don't like Robin with Barney. I just don't see any romantic chemistry with Barney/Robin. But I guess with all the media about Barney/Robin, it's unavoidable. However, to me, I think Ted/Robin are the heart of the show. They're never boring.

I have a theory that even though Robin is not the mother, it doesn't mean that Ted/Robin can't be together. People get married, have children, then get divorced. What if Ted got divorced from his wife, and ended up with Robin? So his kids call her "Aunt Robin." Because what else are they supposed to call her?

As for S4 reunion - IMO it won't happen. They've already stayed longer than it was first thought of, because the writers liked their chemistry.
Also I don't think Josh and Cobie are dating. But I admit I'm not a specialist when it comes to their love lives

Did the writers say in interviews that they already had Ted/Robin stay together longer than how they originally wanted them to? Then I wonder why the writers had Ted/Robin sleep together again in the middle of season three. I'd imagine if they didn't want to go there, they wouldn't even have one episode in season three of Ted/Robin kissing.

As for Josh/Cobie, the only reason I'm asking is because the fans who went to the Paley event noticed that they are especially close. At one point, I think someone said that they pretended to almost passionately kiss each other. Actually, the story is in this link as well:

"The funniest part of the evening came from an innocuous moment: Asked why they chose to reveal Robin and Ted won't end up together at the very beginning of the series, Bays explained, "We knew we didn't want to do 'Will They Or Won't They?' Yeah, they are lovely pictures.

I think it's interesting that for season three, there are Ted/Robin promo images when they are not a couple in that season. However, they still get shippy promo pictures.

I remember them telling that they rushed the L/M reunion because at that point they were planning to have a T/R split and they didn't want 2 couples split. But then they decided to keep them together a bit longer.

Thanks for all the info. I'm just getting into HIMYM. I remember watching the kiss between Ted/Robin during the rain, and I was like, "they are just gorgeous together and funny." But then I found out that she is not the mother, and that they don't get their happy ending. So I actually didn't really watch.

But recently, I got caught up with season two. And I thought they were amazing.

I especially like that Ted is the first and only guy that Robin says ILY to. That was so sweet.

As for the Josh/Cobie thing, it's not only the Paley event. In many of the bloopers for season two, some of the comments are a bit..."you know."

But yeah, the cast is so close. They actually remind me of how close the Friends, Scrubs, and Will and Grace casts are. It's so nice to see that. And their bloopers are hilarious! I like Jason's laugh!

In the bloopers, I think it's funny that Neil has so much self control. He doesn't burst out laughing like Jason or like Josh or like Cobie.

Does anyone by any chance have the full Megan Mullaly interview with the cast of HIMYM? I saw a small hilarious youtube clip of Jason/Neil singing. But I want to see the whole interview.
