so, I wonder if the finale would have been easier to handle if ted had had a talk with tracy like she did with max before he got back together with Robin? for me, it might have made it a bit easier..

Oh, I had an even better idea for the finale to make it easier.

Sure, Ted having a talk with Tracy would've been good, but I'd also have had a scene where Tracy had a talk with Robin... you know, if they're gonna end it the way they're gonna end it.
