The music in this show is just amazing, and I thought it deserved a thread!

Robin Sparkles and You Just Got Slapped aside, I've got to love so many new bands and artists thanks to this show! I was gutted when Spit on a Stranger was replaced on the S1 DVDs because that song was so perfect for the Ted/Victoria scene when he turned up at the bakery!

I also love This Modern Love for Ted in the taxi/Lily and Marshall's breakup.

And of course, Voices by Cheap Trick in the Pineapple Incident.

I also love the Belle & Sebastian song in the Return of the Shirt, and the 88 song in Belly Full of Turkey. I love all the songs!

I think my fave HIMYM song is "This modern love" by Bloc Party...

Perhaps because of the way it was used, it was all just so perfect.

Also, i love Marshall & Lily's "Good feeling"... Especially the flashback from 1x20 where it was explained why they call in their song...

We got Radiohead and The Replacements last night! Nice Dream fit that accident scene so nicely!

I know! I was grinning like an idiot, and today I re-watched it because it was so good. It fit the scene perfectly.

Of course this is probably because I'm quite obsessed with Radiohead, but seriously, '(Nice Dream)' is a very good song and I'm glad someone's recognised that.

And wait, when did they use 'Here I Dreamt I Was An Architect', and how the hell did I miss that?
