That's what I was thinking. They were both best friends and of course, the secret relationship. They also both couldn't have their own children. I also think that Barney and Robin would adopt as well.

I agree about Zip, Zip, Zip! One of my favorites. Like many of you, I don't watch the first couple seasons much.

I can see them adopting too, I feel like Robin was so upset that she couldn't have kids because she wanted to have Barney's kids but I do think they could be happy with a kid but just one.

though I've never wanted them to have a kid, I like the idea of them just traveling and being an awesome aunt and uncle while the rest of the gang gets exasperated with them.

can you imagine? one of the kids would want a pony and Barney would happily get one while Robin "tried" to stop him.
