I think it's in 2 parts, hope you don't mind. I never got past the first part though so I might be wrong (seriously it's a gorgeous workout to watch and less fun to try since it requires a living room as big as my whole apartment for all the twirling and jumping

You'll tell me how it worked out for you. If I had to recommend a workout, I'd definitely go with the Yoga ballet. I have the hip hop and the cabaret versions and they're pretty awesome.

It lasted longer in my case a few years ago when I signed up for a gym and was paying. So I was forcing myself to go because of the money I spent... But overall I don't find it amusing and I try to avoid non-amusing activities

Also I'm gonna go violent on my upstairs neighbors one day. They've been redoing their apartment for a month now - hello noises at 8 freaking in the morning on a Saturday
