I totally messed up my sleeping pattern in the opposite direction. Now I'm getting up at 4 or 5 a.m. and ready to sleep before 10 p.m. That's equally unhealthy

 My grandpa has that kind of sleeping pattern but he was a city gardener before so he's used to be up very early __________________

Hey how was it?
I'm "training my brain"... Seriously, I'm trying to develop my numerical intelligence, because dear gods, I suck so bad, but it's not working too well. And stupid book doesn't have correct answers, so I'm basically stuck ETA: I'm also an idiot... I just realized I can use a calculator for those exercises, except for those where they say "don't use a calculator for this one". And I was calculating everything by hand. Apparently my verbal intelligence needs training, too, since I didn't notice this in instructions before I started |
