The Steelers played awesome, Sam. I hope they knock off the Raves as well, because after the Eagles came within two points of tying the game, people are having questions about Lamar Jackson now.

I want Howie gone no matter what, Sam. That guy doesn't know how to run a football team. While other kids were sitting on their sofas watching Monday Night Football with their dads, or out playing touch football with their friends, Howie was probably up in his bedroom organizing his chess club schedule on his Commodore 64. Howie is the Eagles worst enemy right now.

I've been watching football, Katie. I'm not watching the MLB postseason because the Phillies aren't in it. But I do know that the Dodgers beat the Braves in the NLCS and the Rays beat the Astros in the ALCS, and both teams are going to the World Series, which I'm happy about because I hate the Braves and Astros.

The Cowboys lost to the Cardinals last night. If the Eagles beat the Giants on Thursday they'll be in first place in the NFC LEast.

The only sports I've never been into are basketball and soccer(football).


Oh man, I forgot about that. Now the Chiefs have Bell. That'll make for an interesting game if the Chiefs and Steelers meet in the AFC Championship Game, which I'm hoping happens.

I hope so too, Sam. The lousy NFC East is up for grabs, but no one from this division is going anywhere in the postseason, so I think a lot of teams are positioning themselves for the draft and the trade deadline, not the postseason.

So the Eagles beat the Giants last night, moving them back into first place in the division. But the Cowboys can retake the lead if they beat Washington on Sunday. Man, this division sucks.


Good luck on Sunday, Sam. Steelers vs. Titans, the battle of the undefeated! After it's over, only two teams in the NFL will remain undefeated if the Seahawks also win.

Thanks, Sam. But I'm hoping that the Eagles win their next three games against the Cowboys(then they have a bye week), the Giants, and the Browns, and they'll be back above .500. But then the schedule gets brutal with the Seahawks, Packers, and Saints.
