Happy holidays!

I ate too much and feel a food coma coming on

Lions did their usual choke method and lost to Vikings. I don't care much about NFL but I'd like the lions to go big before I die which likely isn't going to happen.

I have a food coma along with a massive coma so I don't know when I'll be on. Hopefully you survived work today and make it through back Friday.

Happy thanksgiving and I'll talk to you later

Happy Thanksgiving, Mark! I was off work today, so I was home all day. I'm off tomorrow too.

Yeah, I know. I saw the game. The Lions had a chance at the end when they were only behind by 4 points in the 4th quarter, but their defense let Matt Stafford down. I'm sorry, Mark. But don't go saying that you're gonna die before the Lions win a Super Bowl, okay? No talk of dying at all. I have too many friends on FF who say that stuff, and I would rather not hear that, okay? :fistbump: The Lions are showing real promise and they should be contenders soon.

I just had Thanksgiving dinner and now I'm gonna watch the Chargers/Cowboys game soon. I hope the Cowboys lose. Did you eat too much, Mark? I know how that feels. That's why I have smaller meals these days. I don't trust myself not to overeat. I hope you feel better. Just try to lie down and relax, and I'll talk to you later. Happy Thanksgiving!

They had a chance but it seems like they do what the Wings do which is get coident and then ever chance they blow it. Don't worry I'm not going anywhere. They make tshirts joking about how people want Detroit to win at least one Super Bowl in their lifetime
Heck yeah I overate. I always say okay a little more of this and it turns into a monster all in itself. Hope you well have a semi hectic day at work :nod

I'll talk to you later!

Glad to hear that, Mark. I want you around a long time. And as an Eagles fan, believe me, I understand what you guys in Detroit go through. Eagles, Lions, Browns, Vikings, Bengals, Falcons, Cardinals, Texans, Titans, Chargers, Panthers, Jaguars, and Bills fans have all had to go without ever seeing their teams win a Super Bowl. But I think Eagles, Lions, Vikings, Browns, Falcons, Chargers, and Bills fans have waited the longest. It would be nice if every city with a team in the NFL had at least one Super Bowl win.

I hope you have an easy time digesting your meal. And I'm off work today and tomorrow, so I'm gonna get some time to rest. Try to rest and give your stomach a break, and I'll talk to you later!

I'm overjoyed, Sam! And not just because the Cowboys lost. I also like the fact that the Chargers are on a roll and have a chance to not just get a wild card spot, they could also possibly take the AFC West from the Chiefs. I enjoyed the Eagles beating the Chargers back in week 4, but I did feel badly for the Chargers because of how they were treated like a joke by the L.A. media, the sports media, and even the L.A. fans because of the move from San Diego to Los Angeles this year, and their having to play in a soccer stadium while they wait for their new stadium to be built. Even the Eagles players felt badly for them after the game, and now the Chargers could be turning things around so fast that the city of Los Angeles might have not just one team, but both of their teams getting into the playoffs. The Rams and the Chargers are both giving the city something to cheer for, so I hope the Chargers get more respect after this.

As for the Cowboys losing... well, the Eagles can clinch the NFC East this weekend by beating the Bears. Or maybe they would have to also beat the Seahawks, I think. And I cannot wait to hear Stephen A. Smith's analysis on ESPN First Take tomorrow. He hates the Cowboys and his takedowns of them are always hilarious.

What's the Chargers record now? Why does A Smith hate the Cowboys?

They're now 5-6 and in second place in the AFC West. The Chiefs are in first place at 6-4. Crazy, isn't it? The Chargers are just one game behind the Baltimore Ravens for the second wild card spot, and they also play the Chiefs soon and could even catch up to them to take the lead in the AFC West.

Oh, you'll like this. Stephen A. Smith is a die hard Steelers fan, and he also worked as a sports journalist in Philadelphia for a while. So he has two reasons to hate the Cowboys. The Steelers/Cowboys rivalry goes all the way back to Super Bowl X in 1976. The Steelers and the Cowboys have met three times in the Super Bowl, and the Steelers lead them 2-1.

Okay, hopefully the Chargers catch up to the Ravens and the Chiefs too. That's awesome haha I like him for the fact he loves the Steelers.

I hope so. I do root for some teams other than the Eagles you know. Just not when they're playing the Eagles.

Stephen A. is a great Steelers fan. He's also a fan of that baaaaaaaaaad man, Aaron Rodgers of the Packers. He'd probably be a Packers fan if he wasn't already a Steelers fan. But I love how he tears into the Cowboys.

I'm going to bed, Sam! I'll talk to you later! Goodnight!
