Hi guys! To help us get the board moving, the mods have been kind enough to let me open the forum's very own icon competition.
It's going to follow a 20in20 template. For those who don't know how these work: you claim a character, and then you have to icon this character twenty times: ten themed icon, five icons based on a broader theme (named category icons), and five artist's choice icons.
You have twenty days. You can make them all in one sitting or one every day - it doesn't matter as long as you have posted them by the twentieth day.

For the claims - two people can claim one same character, not more. So if Person A and Person B both claim Mary, Person C will have to claim another character. It's basically a first come first served basis. Don't worry if you didn't get to claim the character you wanted - if the first edition is successful we'll make another!

I'm gonna leave the signing up open for either three days or until we have six participants, and then I will post the themes.

We had the thread topped at TBBT and that may have helped...though I know there are a lot of topped threads here already.

I did retweet your tweet about it from the TBBT Fanforum account since it's related to the board. That might bring people in.

Should we post a link in the shipper threads? I know that my only tracked threads for this board are the Ted/Tracy and Cristin threads and I don't always click on the board every time there is a new post in these threads.

Too bad it can't be a couple. But I'll take on Barney. I've never done an icon challenge before though. So bare with me. Is there a deadline or any specifics I need to know?
