Episode Discussion 5.06 - Bagpipes
 Season 5 - Episode 6: Bagpipes Airs: Monday, November 2, 2009 WRITTEN BY: Robia Rashid To prove that he and Robin are the perfect couple, Barney arrogantly gives relationship advice to Marshall, which results in a huge fight between Marshall and Lily Promo: This is interesting, because the original press release from CBS said "Despite their best efforts to be the perfect couple, Barney's know-it-all attitude gets him in trouble with Robin and they are forced to ask Marshall and Lily for relationship advice", and then on the 22nd they sent out a new release marked "Revised Storyline" with the description above! Weird! __________________

The description change is weird because it's not like it's just phrased differently, it sounds like they had to have changed the storyline
 I like the new one better though, heh. Looks like an awesome ep regardless  I always like seeing Marshall/Lily being not so perfect!__________________

I loved how everyone in the cast really stepped it up this week; especially Ted, I have found him lacking a lot over the past couple of weeks. Marshal also, I loved his whole speech to Barney in the beginning about how he can be a good BF in his sleep, and how he kept getting sucked into Barney's bad relationship advice.

Great episode.
Love the use of "bagpipes" - this show is so good with doing stuff like that. And hilarious it was an old couple. Barney/Robin's way of avoiding an argument. And when they were stuck on the ski lift and Robin was like "I could get the pants off" Lily/Marshall celebrating they were the better couple. Great episode. __________________

I loved Marshall this episode. How he wanted to act all cool and then totally screwed it up..
