Well it's hard to say because none of us here are Writers of the show but it is fun to play around with the thoughts and notions of who we think she might be so far I think I'm liking This new theory the most though.

I could see Robin being the one to propose.. I don't know why, but I always feel that she's more forward to do the move more than others..

yes *nods head* we found this out in the Last new Episode on CBS, his Dad told him about his kids and proceeded to show Barney pictures then later in the Episode we met Barney's half brother, His Half Sister is away at college.
