You know what else I like. It is totally random, but I think it says a lot about BR. In the episode not a father's day when Robin and Lily tell ted how fatherly he is they flash to him yelling at Robin and Barney for breaking something, and they are blaming each other. I love that

And also love how they made BR to be so against having kids in this epsiode. They were like the only ones against it in the gang which make them so perfect for each other

Hee, their kid hating makes me love them more.

And I love their little moments like that. I was rewatching Brunch yesterday and I just love them in that ep, with Barney trying to impress Ted's mom more than her.

Barney: How could your parents not know about me? I’m delightful.
Robin: To us? Sure. In very small infrequent doses. I mean, come on, you’re not exactly the kind of friend parents what their kid to have.
Barney: Oh really, then I guess those shoes aren’t the thing you’re most wrong about today.

Robin: I'm his girlfriend and I'm not trying this hard. Way to wreck the curve, kiss-ass.

I love how clueless Barney is when it comes to people's reaction to him!! I also love how Ted said that he loved Barney. It is a far cry to when he acted like he could barely tolerate him in the beginning of the show.

Ugh I need to remember never to read IMDb I honestly don't get people who think Barney is OOC and boring now. Obviously some people hate the idea of character development and think Barney should stay exactly the same for the rest of his life. yes womanizing Barney was fun, but we had four years of that, get over it

IMDB is like the worst palce there is. For any kind of show. They're all hating on HIMYM BR and Barney being in love over there, it's really insane

Why should he stay the same? He can be awesome but as for his history with women, he does need do change. If anything this week's episode showed perfectly how he should be. In love and still Barney. And it's amazing

Exactly, there is so much more to Barney's awesomeness than just being a womanizer, I feel like it's insulting his character by saying that he sucks without that it's just lazy writing if a show has a character stay exactly the same forever, and never takes any risks with them, just because they're popular how they are.
