No. It was in Season One when Lily spilt the beans about Robin's feelings for Ted, Robin inviting him over for juice, and Ted lied about breaking up with Victoria.

I guess they wanted to drag things out until the season 1 finale, and then spend all of season 2 on Ted and Robin.
