Yes they got so much story and time in s1. But this who was allergic to writing couples together for longer than ten episodes at least we got as much as we did. But I even loved their scenes when they weren’t together.

I don't understand how DS became endgame. The way their family was written made them be a bit incestuous even though it wasn't by blood. They share a sibling. But that's writers for you.

They're still cute but I actually prefer them as friends now

It’s a typical daytime trope. They weren’t blood related nor did they grow up together. It’s not their fault that their parents were jerks who couldn’t keep a relationship going.
