I agree! And yes, I have seen it! The acting isn't that great but it's a cute series and I have to give them credit for making almost the entire cast queer

I feel the same way Though I'm not particularly fond of Carmilla herself, I prefer Laura with Dani.

I just feel like the actress who plays Laura is painfully bad and hard to watch, but everyone else is slightly better. There was a chunk of like 10 episodes that I missed while I was in the hospital, but I watched the last one and I'm too lazy to go back because I'm not that invested. Tumblr Is almost annoyingly obsessed with that show though and everyone worships Laura/Carmilla.

I wish Danny hadn't disappeared!

Really? I thought the same thing about the girl that plays Carmilla. Like, she tries too hard to sound cool and badass and it makes her look ridiculous. I like Laura though!
I don't watch it regularly, I just tune in when I'm bored, so I had no idea that Dani disappeared

Yeah, they're both trying too hard, which is ironic because I think they both auditioned for the other character. Carmilla puts too much effort into sounding aloof and brooding.

Danny disappeared after Laura called her out for being overprotective or making decisions for her or something, which is a shame because they never really resolved anything

Recently I watched a vid where they switched roles and the girl that plays Carmilla was so good at impersonating Laura, even better than Laura herself I was like whoa girl you should have been casted as Laura
Ugh that's awful, I bet they just wanted to get rid of her for the sake of Carmila/Laura.

Btw, yesterday I started Lip Service, such a great show! Can't stop watching!

Yea I've seen gifs of that video, Which is why I think that actress is better overall.

I really like that show, even if the plot and acting is a little cheesy. I couldn't get through the second season though!

I like the acting & the plot, except for the triangle and the lost mother thing I just finished s1, hope s2 won't suck

Yes, and I get a little sick of the "worship the teen boy-esque androgynous lead because she has so much baggage and it's poetic" theme but I have to admit she's really hot. The policewoman kind of annoyed me because I could never really warm up to her character. I also hate that they wasted time on the straight brother falling for Tess. The last sex scene was really hot though.
