I know, even if you think about that stuff you wind up getting fixated on the fact that you shouldn't laugh and lose it, no matter how sad it is. That's why I always laugh nervously at funerals because I'm so paranoid about not laughing.

Oh God I thought I was the only one, when something bad happens I have this weird urge to laugh, however I genuinely don't see anything funny about the situation

I know and it makes me so paranoid, I'm always fighting with myself because I don't want to look rude, but the more worried I am about it or the more upset I am, the more likely I am to laugh.
