I think it was pretty smart cause nobody was happy with it; not a single fanbase wanted him to die

Yeah, it was genius. I think he's the only character that every single fan likes.

I think he's definitely one of them. And I think everybody was really attached to Chris, and just never expected him to die.

And the way it happened was so horrible I didn't expect it to be so fast and brutal.

I didn't either. I guess it was quite realistic though.

Very It they had done something really long and dramatic, with him saying goodbye to everyone and all that, it would've looked really fake.

Definitely. And Skins tries hard to not be fake, and they did accomplish that.

^Me, too I mean, I've always liked him, but season 2 was great for him.

S2 really made him that much more lovable, which you would think would have been impossible. It was so great for his character, and I think everyone fell even more in love with him.

The writers did a great job developing him. I think everyone got a lot of development in season 2, for better or for worse. Except Anwar who kinda stayed the same.

Yes, the developed everyone in Season 2. Which was really nice to see. A lot of the developments where things that people didn't like, but it was still there. And I love seeing characters take journeys and change. However, as you said, Anwar didn't really develop. I think if we had more with the original cast that he would have eventually been developed. We saw a bit of that in the finale, or potential, I think.

Yeah, the finale had a lot of Anwar which surprised me. I didn't really like that he went with Maxxie and James though. I was expecting him to sort of find his own way.

I would have liked to see him do that. But it makes sense with his character that he wouldn't be able to. He hadn't changed and matured as much as other people, and he didn't have a vision of what he wanted to do. He needed more time for that, and the writers didn't have that time for him.

Yeah, I guess it would've felt weird to see him suddenly figure out his life and become independent, considering how little development he got.
