And one for Anwar, too, I guess. I'm not his biggest fan but maybe that would've changed if he had gotten an episode for himself.

I think it might have. He would have had more time to develop and become a deeper character than he was.

And maybe more likeable. I never found myself rooting for the Anwar/Maxxie friendship because Anwar seemed so one dimensional...

I loved the idea of the Maxxie/Anwar friendship. I would have liked to have seen more of it and more development to it. But we sadly never got that.

I thought it was weird how they most of the season Anwar was just anti-Maxxie...

But, I'm glad they made up in the finale.

That was my issue with Anwar. He was okay with Maxxie as long as Maxxie wasn't gay around him

I think that was pretty messed up. Even after the finale, I mean, it seemed like if his dad hadn't been okay with it, he would've continued to ignore Maxxie...

Like I've said before, it they had given the character a little more depth, maybe I wouldn't have minded him so much. But that wasn't the case...

They really didn't give him depth or a chance for the audience to connect with him. I think it would have been nice, but it wasn't the case.

And even though Maxxie got pretty much as much screentime as Anwar did in this season, I felt more connected to him somehow.

Definitely. He was just so loveable and hugglable, even when he only showed up for a few seconds

Definitely. There was just something about him that made him easy to like. He was so nice, funny, and you could tell he was a good person.
