Jess, of course US tv isn't the only culprit but it is the worst currently with Glee and Grey's etc. IA about Lip service. Most UK lesbian couples suck too. S/S are cute but more like best friends. I actually find German tv and sometimes Spanish tv overall have the best portrayals, besides Naomily obviously. Australia might be the worst of all though, they should never do lesbian couples. The only time they did a decent job was with the tv show Kick which only lasted a series

Kashi does make really good stuff.

US would be the worst only because they have the most shows, the most lesbian shows and therefore, the highest potential to let you down. That's saying basically nothing about the quality and it makes the percentage of **** lesbian tv quite low. I think it's a lot better than it used to be. One of the ones that people praise is PLL which I've barely even seen.

I don't watch Glee at all and I don't mind Grey's very much because Callie isn't a lesbian. Almost all relationships on that show are pretty similar anyway.

Not true Jess, UK tv has as many shows. It's just when we do it well we do it so much better than US tv. When we do it bad we do it as badly

mostly though our tv lesbians are boring and background.
