It was Franky's trademark label through both seasons probably the only bit of continuity they decided to carry into S6 except it was for lame reasons (she's mental and needs to be fixed by boys! Just like Effy! Are you happy now, g3 haters? here's new Effy for yaaa!!) and became so offensive that I began to despise it so much whenever I heard her being called like that. Just like her androginous clothes now being a sign of mental suffering. (Effy 4x07 anyone?) Such a pile of crap
