Frederick: Gossip Girl. Give it up! Is there any hope for Chuck and Blair? I'm getting really depressed with what I've seen for the new season.

I know you Chair fans have been in a funk since May, when Chuck the B******* did you know what with you know who (for shame!), but I finally have a ray of hope to offer...I can tell you exclusively that Chuck and Blair will have, um, relations, of the bom-chicka-bow-wow kind during the upcoming season. At least, that's what my sources are saying. Whether they will actually get back together, well…that I cannot say, sorry. But still, that's a pretty major reason to keep tuning in, right?

So much hate to spew, so little time...Chuck and Blair are all about hate sex for the next little while. Lots of hate sex, so put the kiddies to bed, y'all! As for Juliet, we'll learn that her brother is connected to Serena's past (like, past, as in before we even met her on the show). He got thoroughly screwed over by Team Van Der Woodsen (that's my understanding anyway), and Juliet is helping her brother seek revenge.

Well, file this under bad news. Jessica Szohr tells us someone new is coming to Gossip Girl…again. "We have another guest star coming on, which is amazing," she says. "She starts to date Chuck Bass, which is exciting because everyone always wants Chuck and Blair together. This someone throws a little loop in their relationship—or throws everyone, actually." About her screwing him over, I could see it and I wouldnt mind it. I know Chuck has suffered but the shot didnt really do much. He loves Blair, we know he does. But has the dynamic changed, not yet. So I see more suffering coming for him, and clearly through spoilers it will, and I dont mind. It will have to culminate this season.

Yes, he could realize how much he hurt Blair. Pretty sure people would say that Raina redeemed Chuck and not Blair, though.

I dont think so, if she screws him over she'll be pretty hated or people will be thankful for ending that relationship. It's different that way than him doing something noble to protect her. If she's doing the screwing over its ok, Chuck is reaping what he sowed last season and hopefully he grows and seeks out Blair mentality. If the other, then its him treating someone better than he treated Blair and regardless of Chuck personal growth its a slap to the ship. So it has to be done in a way that achieves individual growth and protects the ship. Can they do that? We'll see

Do people really think he *doesn't* realize how much he hurt Blair? I think he already knows that. The issue now is for him to become someone who wouldn't hurt her again.

I think people ignore it, TBH. He knows. He's fully aware, otherwise he wouldn't have tried to stay away from her and her (and his) home forever.

Believe me, some people do think he doesn't realize that. The same who couldn't see all the pain in that limo scene.

people have selective memory and also short term memory. 4.02 was enough to make me see that he does see that. The war was something separate. Im sure we'll see something further if this is to go back around to the IP. But, 4.02 was far away and now it isnt being addressed. People are impatient.

And of course, there are those who will never be satisfied.

The issue isnt even really that anymore. Blair forgave him, she wouldnt have told him she loved him 4.09 if she hadn't. Just that if they are gonna make another go at it, Chuck has to change that quality about himself, Blair has to change a few about herself as well before they make another go of it. Chuck's issues stem directly from Bart so to me its obvious that the BI story is a goal for that. Raina aside which I hope as a CB fan doesnt make me roll my eyes too much.

Blair's issue was losing herself too much in love, and also the same as Chuck, choosing power over love, which she is still doing, not heeding Eleanor's words that love makes her most powerful. Maybe the time with Dan is to have her be out of Chuck's story to not save him. To choose to be with him but not out of obligation to save him. Maybe its pointless and just for DS though too

I really need more info on Blair.
