{2x20} "The Remains of the J"

JENNY'S KINDA-NOT-SWEET SIXTEEN - Serena decides to throw Jenny an intimate party for her sixteenth birthday, but things get way out of control when Poppy Lifton turns the small gathering into a huge social event. In a moment of weakness, Vanessa agrees to help Chuck with a scheme having to do with Blair and Nate. Rufus learns that Dan will not receive financial aid at Yale and tries to figure out another way to cover the cost of his education.

They're making Blair look desperate and unsure w/out Chuck, you guys.

If you noticed, she was all peachy w/ being friends w/ Nate until Chuck said something to her about it.

I'm definitely thinking she's just trying to mask her true feelings w/ WAY old ones

and more people voted "awful" about this epi on spoilertv.com than anything else, lol

The episode sucked in my opinion. Blair was so OOC, I actually had to not look at the screen a few times. I miss the real Blair.

And Chuck was just so indifferent at the party. I hated it.

Yeah the episode definetly was not my favorite.

I was not only fed up with Blair but with Chuck also, though I have to admit that I liked CV a bunch more than NB. No I would not like them as a couple but the hook up was ok. Not something I would like to see become a regular thing though. I do understand where Blair is coming from though. She was tired of the drama and the fighting for Chuck. Thats why I am a bit angry with him. Seriously that is how you fight for Blair. She even hinted about how she fought and was tired. I did hate how Blair basically told Nate to go break up with Vanessa. And the who episode she was trying to show herself that there was fireworks.

I did enjoy the other stuff though, which suprised me a bit. I guess cause the CBVN thing was so messed up for me that it made the rest of the show more interesting.
