Spent yesterday in the emergency room with hubby. After 6 hours they admitted him with a small bowel obstruction. At this point, they are just going to monitor it. Luckily, he is not in too much pain, but he can't drink or eat anything. Keeps positive thoughts!

Sherron, sorry to hear about your husband...hope he feels better soon. From one person with similar stomach problems to another, I feel his pain.

Saw an ad last night on TV for BB11.....it's coming soon!

Sue...I went thru the same thing with my daughter about 2 years ago. They sent her home from the hospital with medication and she was right back after a terrible night of pain only to learn that it was her gall bladder. She suffered with that pain for months before they finally took out her gall bladder...I'm happy to say she feels great now...and so will your son. I wish him well.

So weird, my sister just had her gallbladder out recently. Before then I barely even knew what it was! Weird y'all all going through similar things. Hope everyone feels better soon!

Sherron, I hope he feels better now that he had the gall bladder out. Did they at least do it laporscopacally? The recovery is so much easier if they did.

OMG! Poor SueBoy! Glad to hear he is recovering. What a night you must have had. Do try to get some rest, Sue. Will toss him into my thoughts and prayers tonight as well. Hope these things dont go in three's!

I've read the comments made, and I really do not want you to feel like you were being ganged up on. Everyone has differing opinions on this board, and that's what makes for good conversation topics. If a person states their disagreement with something you've posted, don't take it personally because it likely wasn't meant to be taken personally. We all have our moments when we disagree with someone, and we all have our moments when we respond in a manner that comes across as a little brash. You just have to take everything with a grain of salt and not let it get to you.

That being said, it isn't really fair to categorize the whole S&S thread as "masses who will gang up on you." Just because one person disagrees with you doesn't mean they're ganging up on you. And if multiple people disagree with you it doesn't mean they're trying to gang up on you either. It would be just the same if someone came in here and said something negative about Eric. Everyone in this thread would obviously disagree with that person and would post their responses in disagreement to them. It doesn't mean the Eric fans in here would be ganging up on that poster, it just means they all have the same opinion regarding the situation.

If you ever have any problems here, feel free to PM me about the situation and I will do my best to solve any issues that arise. The problem is more likely to be taken care of if you talk to a mod about it than if you just post your frustrations in this thread.

Oh thanks, she's great now. It was actually a vacation for her from the kiddos! ha

Micheala, I completely understand what you are saying, this might have been better handled through PM's on all of our parts. Since I was the one that was at issue with both of the comments listed above you could have just PM'd me with this instead of making it an issue for the entire thread. Sorry for causing such a big problem.
