The Big Brother Board
SUGGESTION BOX.

Michaela & I have come up with a new little idea for the board. But, the idea is, we want YOUR ideas!

Well, the season has just ended, and we've got a litle while to go before a new one. So, we've decided to open what's called "suggestion box" here at the board.

In order for this to work and mean anything, we need all comments, questions, etc! Seriously, don't hold back. Anything you can contribute to the box whether it be ideas, comments about things you like, things you don't like, things you'd like changed, etc are definitely welcome!

Nothing constructive that you tell us will be taken offensively. If there's something you don't like here, and/or have an idea to make it better, just tell us! We welcome the comments, suggestions, & ideas!

Maybe you have new ideas for threads, maybe you don't like certain threads existing. Maybe you have ideas for contests, projects, etc. The list goes on and on, if you have any comments, concerns, questions, suggestions, ideas, etc then post them here! We really want to find an interactive game/thread/project/etc to start during the offseason time, and we're REALLY appreciate your feedback! Let's open our eyes to new creative ideas and explore the possibilities!

How do you feel about another Interactive Big Brother game? What did you like/dislike about the last one, and what would you like to see if we were to play another one during the waiting time?

We can always start new things, get new traditions going, etc. Seriously, anything comments about the board as it is, as it's been in the past, or as it will be, are welcome!

If you don't feel comfortable submitting to the box by posting in this thread, you're more than welcome to send a PM to myself or Michaela!

We will not make any negative comments about your suggestions whatsoever. As mods, we don't have to take alot of things into consideration about the ideas we have, and some suggestions you may have may not be suited for the board, but no matter what, we WILL discuss all suggestions!

Please don't be offended if anything you suggest doesn't happen on the board, and please feel free to post more than one comment, suggestion, etc! Even if you have 200, we'll read them all!

Your feedback, whatever kind it is, is WELCOMED in this thread. We want to know what we're doing right, what we can do better, what ideas you have to make the board and even better place, what things you think would make the board not so good.

We really appreciate you taking the time to read this, and hope you will take part in this to make the Big Brother board and even better place that it already is!

I saw a thread like this on one of the others boards and thought it was a great idea. If I have any suggestions I will be sure to post them here.

This is a good idea for a thread, especially with the amount of downtime we're going to have.

What about an episode/season re-watch & discussion? I don't know how well that would work here though.

that's a great idea Meg, I think it would actually work out very well. the only problem is that only one season is out on DVD, and most of the rest have been removed from youtube.

Yeah. :/ That's why I thought it wouldn't work out so well. I have about half the seasons downloaded on my PC but I don't think very many others do and I know that a lot have been removed from YT. Blah.

I know that BB2, BB3, and BB7 are all online though. I think that may be it. oh and BB10. I don't know about any of you, but I don't really want to rewatch that just yet, considering it just ended.

i am actually in the process of rewatching bb10

i just adore it.

as for suggestions... even though i didnt get to really participate in the game, i really liked what i read when it came down to vote, so i would love to actually participate in one of those.

other stuff? maybe some sort of game that actually relates to the show. um... maybe someone mentions... find a cap or video of dan bb10 wearing a hat... something like that.

or our very own tribute contest.
i dont know...

LOL Shira we actually have that already. =] we have picture hunt which is what the finding a cap would be. however, we don't have video hunt. I think that would be very fun, and original. we could find videos on youtube. someone could say "find a video of Jessie dressed in a gorilla suit" someone would post it and then post a new hunt. what do you all think of that? something you're intrerested in...

as for the game, I personally would love to do a new one. I haven't discussed this with Michaela, I don't know if she would be up for it, but I would like it. and with more time in the offseason, we could get more into it I believe. this is only if we have enough people who want to play though. I'd love to hear thoughts on that.

I love the idea of a contest! alot of boards host their own contests... such as art, video, etc. what do you all think of that? would you be interested... what kind of contest would you participate in... etc.

for me? the only thing i am OK with, is tributes..and its only with WMM cuz i tried to understand vegas and i have no clue how to use it LMAO.

LOL same here, Shira. I know how it's just soo expensive. hmm, well hopefully we can come up with some fun things to do & talk about during this long break. and Michaela & I will talk about the game.

I think Cass and I should contemplate it though and try to find a new game that's not exactly the same as the other one we played before, just so we'll have something new to do.

i was thinking maybe a request thread...
like say i want a certain icon and i will post the pic and ask for it to be done a certain way and whoever wants to, can make it.

also, if someone has a tribute video in mind and doesnt know how to do it... maybe they can ask someone else to make it for them the way they had in mind or something.

IA with Michaela. her & I will get together and come up with some ideas how to spice it up, change things, add new stuff gasptwistsgasp to make it a fun, new thing for everyone to do... not only for all of the posters but for us as well.

I really like that idea, Shira! I know there's been stuff that I've wanted and couldn't find. what do you think Michaela?
