Some people figured out based on Em's outfit, that is from when they were filming ep 8 of this season, so yep its recent.

Got my Entertainment Weekly in! I am ready for a slightly better scan, but alas I don't have a scanner.

The pic is in a series EW Exclusive First Look behind the scenes with the cast of Bones.

'We gave the cast of FOX's forensic drama Bones some cameras and told them to go crazy. The result? A funny, twisted look at the filming of the Dec 3 episode, which was inspired by the gamer doc King of Kong, and the Dec 10 Christmas episode, which star David Boreanaz describes as "a litle sick but that's Bones." Indeed.'
