The ending was INSANE! It must bode well for N/S that they'll be having many more scenes next season if they ended this one together.

And I have to say that I think Chace is extremely underrated acting wise. The scene where Serena bumps into Nate at the end of the episode - Chace still looks at Blake with amazement which is completely different to how he looks at Leighton or Jessica. So you aways buy into the fact that Nate has this undying attraction to Serena.

And the scene itself, well FINALLY. I've personally been waiting all season for Serena to be the one to make a move. So the fact that she offered to "reflect alone...together" was the best part of the episode

And then the cherry on the cake was that Nate immediately reciprocated the gesture by asking her to hang out.

After all the complaining I've done this season lol, I'm really satisfied with how it all came full circle. N/S began the season at a disconnect so it was wicked to have them end the season reconnecting.

And I hope next season they continue to build on the friendship first. Hopefully they don't ruin everything by just having them hook up for one night again and then we're back to square one.

ICAM. That's why I love the idea of S/N. Chace so sold it to me. And Blake and Chace together, magic.

So true, Nate sure didn't miss a beat. He has been waiting for Serena for a long time.

I too want them to have a slow build. Anything faster and it could only mean NS are filler for another DS reunion.

Chace was right all along - they came full circle. He ultimately loves Serena.

And I hope they remain friends for season two as well. But with some sexual tension thrown in for good measure. Maybe they can get locked in a cupboard together or something...as friends
