Agreed, give us something new, something exciting. Like you say, they have an immense potential and it would be a welcome change. I’ve come to the point of skipping scenes this season because I was so bored with the exactly same lame SL. If they continue shoving Dan into every Serena’s SL with no reason at all like they did these past S2 episodes, I’ll stop watching, even if Serena is my favorite character from day one. I can’t take them anymore. Enough! I want to see a good S/Ca SL, but then I won’t mind to see a well developed NS hookup either.

Exactly! They need to stop inventing reasons for them to be around each other, I haven't gotten to the point where I'm skipping them yet but any more of them in S3 and I'll definitely be FFing my way through the season.

S needs something new and exciting. A fresh start, something that we haven't seen again and again over the last two seasons Plus, Carter and Serena have history that can be explored - so they can work that in somewhere and it'll be a relief for her to be with somebody who knows what she was like pre-boarding school so all the apologies and ~secrets can stop.

I am getting very sick of DS. And I do love that Carter's got a role in Serena's bad-girl history; I like that side of her a lot better. And you're right, Jenny, the potential is iressistible. I'm pretty close to changing my icon. And writing fic.

She's more flawed and that's definitely appealing. Plus, she won't be constantly trying to hide who she was, which is even more appealing!

ma i realy hoep for some serena/carter in s3...yeah that sound strange coming form me. But i feelt something is bound to happend since 1x10. And iwouldn't mind it.
