Source July 7th 2008 The on-and-off-screen Gossip Girl couple was nice enough to stop for fans and take pictures with them and in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City on Monday. Blake and Penn were later spotted gazing into each other’s eyes and walking hand-in-hand. How romantic! Source July 5th, 2008 Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were spotted strolling through NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood on Saturday afternoon. The cute couple then headed to ‘Cafeteria’ (also in Chelsea) for a romantic lunch date. Penn and Blake are both currently in NYC to film Gossip Girls. | I thought the same when I read it. It could only be Penn. LOL After reading the interview she wasn't actually asked any question about Penn although we know she's referring to him when she talks. She even says "they": "maybe when they kiss off the set". Thank you Mel for the scans! | |||

| I wasn't upset at all Mel, I think it's smart of her. She's not avoiding the questions but she doesn't completely personalize them either, just like she's talking in general, but like you said she's talking from personal experince. Mel, Penn is the bigger offender in letting his tongue slip in, he's so obvious, but she doesn't say no to that either. LOL | |||
