| Anabelle (E&A) #6: "From every terrible tragedy in this world, there's something equally miraculous that grows from it." ELVIS AND ANNABELLE (2007) Plot: In "Elvis and Anabelle," every terrible tragedy brings about something equally miraculous. Groomed by her overly ambitious mother (Mary Steenburgen), Anabelle (Blake Lively) is on the road to winning the Miss Texas Rose tiara when she dies tragically during a pageant. Her death lands her on the embalming table of Elvis, an embittered young man whose sense of family duty and love for his ailing father (Joe Mantegna) keep him from following his dreams. When Anabelle is miraculously resurrected on Elvis' embalming table, the two unexpectedly connect and sparks fly. | I have so many great things to say about this movie. This is definately my favorite role of Blake's; I don't like Serena in GG, but BL was so different in this movie. I loved her southern accent!  She and Max (?) had such great chemistry. I can't wait 'til this plays again/comes out on dvd, because I need to watch it soon!I love this quote, from when E&A are on the bridge: Quote:
