It would be nice to see her in season 13. Hopefully Erica and the writers can fit her in somehow. Since Jane is open to coming back, I hope we don't get a "oh, Jane was busy" excuse from Erica

The Scoop: Walker is out and Simmons is in! Damon Gupton is leaving the show after less than one season, while Daniel Henney will bring his Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders character over to help the BAU catch Scratch once and for all. Simmons transfers to the BAU because the IRT has disbanded for some reason -- emphasis on "some reason." Showrunner and executive producer Erica Messer tells us that they have yet to decide exactly what caused the split. "That might come into play in our back nine [episodes] for the BAU, but it's not anything that we've settled on yet," she says. "One of the things on the table [was] that maybe there was a scandal that brought down the IRT and that's why they're not around."

Just a FYI on those who never saw CMBB , in there final 2 ep , there computer guy (monty ) illegally hacked into a government drone,with weapons, to save his team form certain death . That will be part of the story of how matt former team was disbanded

I didn't watch BB but I heard about that story. I think I just read an article recently that said we won't find out what happened to the BB team until later this season. They should just address it earlier rather than later

Of course the main role of a guest star in ep 1 is ER Dr . Since we can assume most of the team was injured . I have to re watch the ep again to see who was driving each SUV .

Rossi was driving SUV #1 with Prentiss in the passenger seat and Tara in the backseat behind Emily.

Luke was driving SUV #2 with JJ in the passenger seat and Walker in the backseat behind JJ.

From what they showed us, Luke's SUV got tapped on the driver's side and Rossi's SUV got the direct hit on the passenger's side

At the time of the season 12 finale filming , I will assume Stephen demise wasn't planned. He was in the backseat behind JJ passenger-side
