LOL, just watched RV. Didn't know he was in it and had to do a double take when it came to his character. As some people commented on the clip on Youtube, Spencer does show up in a way in that scene through his voice. He doesn't ramble or go off on a tangent, nor does he dress anywhere near like Spencer....but the voice is there and it is hilarious how he sounds with the southern drawl/accent.
