It did! IDK why but I think of whoever sits in front as a "rank" thing, like Rossi outranks JJ so he gets to sit in front, Morgan outranks Reid so he usually sits in front. But then sometimes JJ sits up front and Rossi sits in the back (Morgan and Prentiss seem to drive separately) so it's silly...

Their scene in "About Face" screamed flirtatious. With the smiles and back glances. Then after that Hotch became territorial with Rossi when he approved of JJ's sexy look. And after that Rossi covered. lol.
