As for the betrayal and lie, the rest of the team (Rossi, Reid, Morgan and Garcia) has every right to be angry. But, on the other hand, I can understand why JJ, Prentiss and Hotch kept it to themselves. They needed it to be believable and for people (including Doyle) to think Emily was dead. From Hotch, Prentiss and JJ's perspective, the best way to do that was to make the rest of the team believe Emily was dead so that their emotions would be genuine and real. Yes, it sucks, but I can understand why they did it.
And even though Morgan, Reid, Garcia and Rossi were hurt by this, they came around to accept and understand it. Garcia and Rossi were fine with it and just glad to have Emily back, but we did see some trust issues with Morgan and Reid. Morgan had some issues with Prentiss and Hotch and Reid with JJ. I'm sure they looked over the ordeal and realized it probably was for the best even though it hurt them. I'm sure if they put themselves in that position, they would want to do the same thing.
Plus, if Doyle knew the team was grieving Emily, he'd probably leave them alone. If there was any suspicions that Emily might be alive, Doyle might have gone after the team to prove it.
