So far we've gotten videos of Aisha and Adam promoting the show. Wonder if anyone else will...

Aisha's was posted the day after Adam's. They have 4 more days to get videos out with 5 cast members who haven't done a video yet. I suppose two people could double up.

There probably won't be a cast pic to post until Wednesday since it seems like they aren't actually going to release the group photo with Thomas

Yeah, I very much doubt they're gonna go with that tumblr version.

Plus, we'll have two different pics, one for the first eps & one for when Prentiss is officially back (I don't think it'd make sense including her in the premiere opening).

I wonder if they'll have Thomas there, at least for the first episode. I gues not (but they should since a lot of people don't follow CM related news and probably don't even know he's not a regular anymore).

You mean have Thomas in the opening credits? He'll still be in the opening credits and photo for the first two episodes. He still gets credited for the episodes he did do. Now, if they had cut out his scenes, then he probably wouldn't be featured in the credits.

Two days! Looking at Twitter and Facebook comments it looks like a lot of people who are commenting will be tuning out. Many people have said they've deleted the show from their DVR listings.

Quick plug from Erica excited for Wed . Have to put Thomas in the first 2 , frankly 3rd episode open too . To add in Paget tomorrow night, wouldn't be fair to the fans. Since she doesn't start till episode three.

So, the CBS site has the promo photos for the premiere up, and they took out the ones that had Hotch in them...

I'm actually starting to think Thomas might be right. It does seem like they're trying to erase him and focus as little as possible on him.

The Criminal Minds twitter shared a link from CBS about where we left off last season.

It mentions every character but Hotch and Garcia. Umm, wasn't Hotch getting arrested sort of a big deal and a huge driving force behind the entire finale? But not a single mention. Garcia should have been mentioned too since she was a big part of the Dirty Dozen story.

Morgan left and became a father. Rossi reconnected with Hayden. Reid spent some time with his mom. JJ had another son. Tara joined the team. Prentiss returned for a case. But no mention of Hotch or even Garcia. Both these characters had big stories that contributed to the season's stories.

The fact that they left Hotch off this list, didn't add the pictures that had Hotch in them to their gallery for the season premiere. and they took him out of the extended promo does make you think about what Thomas said.

I'm not saying they made the wrong decision in firing him as I don't think we truly know what happened. But, there's no way you can just push him out and forget he existed. He was a huge part of the show and a reason for its success.
