I do think Paget is pleased to be back on CM.... after all she did say before it was all she wanted to do. It's CBS she's pi~~ed off with and I guess some stuff has gone on behind the scenes with her contract. May be there was no room for negotiation or something... who knows. I get the impression that she's the kind of lady that even if she wants to do something and someone tells her she MUST do it, she'll tell them where to go.... that's one of the reasons we love her! I'm just glad she sent the tweet saying it was great to be back... I think it would be hard to watch the show with the same excitement knowing she didn't want to be there.

CBS have painted themselves out to be the good guys all along saying that Paget could come back if SHE wanted etc etc.... and it looks like that was never the case. I guess she just wants the truth out there.... I hope she does an interview soon. Tweets are great but you can only say so much with 140 characters.

pretty simple Paget still was under a contract with CBS . They based her leaving temp on her right to go find another show during pilot season. If her pilot had been picked up she wouldn't be coming back .

So CBS had a right of first refusal to take her back or not .

Seems like a lot of this was so mishandled back last spring of 2010 when they dropped AJ and told Paget they where cutting her episodes .

Now new Showrunner added even though he has been a part of CM for 5 seasons .

I agree with Paget as a actress who has proved her talent should be able choose where she works .

now we just have to get Thomas back in the fold and all will be back to normal
