100 has been, in my opinion, the strongest episode they have had ever. It was well written, kept you at the edge of your seat and like you said, realistic. Killing Haley was a necessary evil, but at least Jack is fine

his personality just fits, IMO

And talking about Rossi, another episode I like is Damaged, when we learned why he came back to the BAU. The clown killer

I agree, Damaged was a good episode. I like the Rossi-centric episodes. This one was way much better than the other one in season 5. I forgot the title

why did you have such high expectations? Maybe because it was season 5 and we still believed in fairies. Season 6 was a hard awakening

welcome jaden1 to our Criminal Minds community , Myself being newer to the whole show like starting S-6 . Rest of the seasons either on DVD /Net Flix or syndication . hard to point out just one episode . From 24 , we would point out seasons or like here . specific episodes that stood out to us the fans.
