Figured I ought to do this since I keep coming back to post.
Name: Crystal Birthday: 9/28 Location: NY Interests: TV, Books, Cars, hanging out with friends Favorite CM Character: Reid, then Morgan Favorite CM Relationship: Not sure Favorite CM Episode: Too many to mention  But I just caught up on the series and have rewatched most of the episodes, the ones that seem to get the most watching are Revelations, Demons and Mr Scratch.Something to add? I'm a coffee addict, I have issues with sleeping so I'm up awake when no one else is and I have a severe issue with binge watching tv shows. __________________

I'm the worst, I hate to get into a new board because when I get busy, the only one I go to is mine. I've been a regular on so many boards and then just vanished. People are probably beginning to wonder if I get sucked into black holes or something

Been there get to busy I can only post on say 2 other boards. Sleep , I find a good joint will get you to sleep safely, no pills needed !
I have Ciliac disease , I get tired quicker but extra vitamins and make sure I eat lunch helps . I had a medical event at the end of June ,took me out for 7 days . But half of it was Dr Appt . Glad I have full coverage , hospital ambulance doctors bills are very very high . __________________

 I normally just have small insomnia episodes but stress lately has been dragging them out. Though It looks like tonight I may get a full nights sleep, I'm ready to pass out now. __________________
