I still don't eat properly, but it's been months since I've quit smoking, I hardly ever get coffee... you know, the basics that usually stimulate the labyrinth and can cause some dizzyness, at least according to my doctor. | Graphics Team | My doctor says smoking is the worst, it really stimulates the labyrinth and it kinda highers the odds of a crisis or something. He says caffeine in general can cause it too, so I try to avoid it - but not too much XD The things I've done for the past few days are going through my head, I'm trying to figure out what I did that could have caused this.
